Mineral geology survey is the most basic work of prospective mineral exploration. The purpose of this work is to find out the geological structure characteristics of ore-forming geological bodies, analyze the regional metallogenic geological background and metallogenic geological conditions, and discover new mineralization clues and ore (mineralization) points through the field survey of favorable ore-forming areas and systematic investigation and study of typical ore deposits and mineralization points. The inference and interpretation of exploration and geochemical anomalies, the study of metallogenic regularity and the delineation of prospecting target areas provide basic geological data.

Over the years, 47 maps of 1:50,000 regional mineral geological survey have been successfully implemented in Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia, Qinghai, Hunan, Yunnan, Hebei and Shandong provinces and regions. Several independent prospecting rights and dozens of commercial prospecting projects have been completed, with good quality.

Main Achievements: 49 comprehensive geochemical anomalies of 1:50,000 have been delineated; 6 new cash mineralization points and 3 non-metallic (fluorite) ore points have been found; 8 prospecting areas and 5 prospecting target areas have been delineated, and 3 main prospecting and metallogenic areas have been selected.
