From the regional - census - detailed survey - deep blind ore prospecting in mining areas and thick overburden areas to explore concealed ore have a complete method and technology. Geochemical prospecting models for porphyry copper deposits, skarn-type (copper, copper-silver, copper-silver deposits), vein tungsten deposits, niobium-tantalum deposits, hydrothermal lead-zinc deposits, stratabound lead-zinc deposits, manganese deposits and gold deposits have been established, and the "Geochemical Expert Prediction System for Jiaodong Gold Belt" has been developed. The methods and techniques for prospecting concealed deposits in thick overburden areas include: Mercury gas, pyrolytic mercury, active ion extraction, water extraction, phase extraction, geoelectrochemistry, electrical extraction and other innovative achievements have been achieved. Among them, the research of mercury gas measurement technology has won the national prize, "new methods for blind gold prospecting by inclusion gas halo, ion halo and its superimposed halo" and "blind prospecting by soil pyrolytic halogen for concealed ore-blind prospecting" The new mining method is the first one at home and abroad. Environmental Protection-Environmental Assessment, Environmental-Agricultural Geochemistry, Regional Geochemical Exploration (River Sediments, Soil Mercury Geochemical Survey and Anomaly Assessment) methodologies and techniques have yielded numerous achievements. A new method of blind ore prospecting with structural superimposed halo has been invented, aiming at deep blind prospecting, a new method and new technology of blind ore prospecting in deep and periphery of mining area has been developed in order to solve the resource crisis of mine or further increase the reserves of deep prospecting.

Typical Project I

From 1992 to 2018, more than 90 mining projects of national climbing plan B85-34-5B, national crisis mine project and several gold groups adopted structural superimposed halo method. Through field sample collection, method model establishment, indoor comprehensive research, prospecting prediction, target location verification and other work, the method of structural superimposed halo has made great contributions to the deepening of the method and mine storage. The method of structural superimposed halo has been used by many academicians. And experts appraised it as "reaching the international leading level", which won one of the first prizes of China Gold Association, thirteen first prizes and many other awards.

Typical Project II

From 1994 to 1998, the National Key Gold Geological Science and Technology Research Project (9005109) "China's Main Types of Gold Deposit Prospecting Model". Through the efforts of the Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources, Metallurgical System (three subjects undertaken by ourself), Non-ferrous System, Nuclear Industry System and the Armed Police Gold Force, which have made a summary and deepening for the establishment and summary and perfection of the gold deposit prospecting model in China, and made a great step forward in the research and prediction of gold deposits.  The project has won the second prize for scientific and technological progress of the Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources, and has received unanimous praise in the industry.
